Event Description
YASunidos is a youth collective created in 2013 with the goal of holding a national referendum to stop the planned oil extraction in Ecuador’s Yasuní National Park. Faced with the dismissal of their call for a referendum, the collective’s members continue to fight for a post-extractivist Ecuadorian society and to expose government corruption.
