Overview

The CLACS Conference room is available for reservations during normal office hours. The room can be used for classes, receptions, meetings, lectures, or exhibits. It may be reserved by Berkeley faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students. Permission must be requested to serve food and drink. Access to the CLACS kitchen (refrigerator, sink, and space for food storage and preparation) may be included as well.

Receptions

Configured for a reception, the room has space for 20 people. 

Meetings

For meetings, the room can be configured with a table (space for 14 people) or without a table (20 people)  

Lectures

Configured for a lecture, the room has space for 20 people. 

Exhibits

The room has space for 20 people. For larger exhibits, we can provide wall space in the downstairs and upstairs hallways. For specific wall dimensons, please contact clacs@berkeley.edu.

Technology

The CLACS Conference Room is now a Zoom Room, with built-in webconferencing capability.
