The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development has called the economy of Querétaro, Mexico “the most dynamic in the country.” Querétaro Governor José Calzada Rovirosa will discuss his state’s challenges and successes.

A former senator, José Calzada Rovirosa has been the governor of Querétaro since 2009 and has twice been named the best governor in Mexico.
