The University of California, Berkeley invites you to attend the 2023 Elise and Walter A. Haas International Award Recipient Lecture: “Inhabiting Other Worlds Possible: Reflections on Human Rights, State Violences, and Decolonial Struggles.

Following the talk, Professor Mora will converse with UC Berkeley colleagues Pablo Gonzalez (Ethnic Studies), Courtney Morris (Gender and Women’s Studies), and Diana Negrín da Silva (Geography).

The Elise and Walter A. Haas International Award honors a UC Berkeley alum who is a native, citizen, and resident of another country and who has a distinguished record of service to that country in their field.
