Commemorating Mexico's Political Upheavals

Event Description

The 2010 bicentennial of Mexico’s independence and the centennial of its revolution offer an opportunity to explore the causes and principles behind these two great social upheavals as well as their continuing impact on contemporary life. In Mexico, the conflicts and contradictions of the past still influence the present.
