Synopsis
Under international pressure, Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet calls a plebiscite in 1988, asking citizens to vote “yes” or “no” on extending his rule for another eight years. Against all odds, a brash young advertising executive devises an audacious plan to win the election and set Chile free. 110 minutes. Spanish with English subtitles.
