Following a film screening of "Reportero," director Bernardo Ruiz speaks with an audience at UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism.

“Reportero” follows a veteran reporter and his colleagues at Zeta, a Tijuana-based independent newsweekly, in one of the deadliest places in the world for the media. As the drug war intensifies in Mexico and the risks to journalists become greater, will the free press be silenced?
