Despite 50 years of ongoing conflict with the FARC guerrillas, Colombia has the fastest growing economy in South America. The ambassador joins us to discuss the "New Colombia" and what it means for the upcoming presidential elections and continued peace talks.
Luis Carlos Villegas is the Colombian ambassador to the United States and a former member of the negotiating team in the ongoing peace talks with FARC.
